Through our curriculum, facilities, and curated nutrition program, we encourage your children to constantly be learning and expressing themselves, while using their imagination to further their personal development. Programs
The programs at Childventures work to foster healthy development, and encourage a love of learning. There are 5 programs: the Infant Program, from ages 0 – 18 months, the Toddler Program, ages 18 – 30 months, the Preschool Program, ages 2.6 – 4 years, and the Junior Kindergarten / Senior Kindergarten, ages 4 – 6 years. Each program caters to age-appropriate learning styles and experiences, guiding your child with learning and development activities that will engage at each age, and will continually encourage their natural curiosity to learn.
Each program is guided by a blended curriculum model, which combines elements from three complementary teaching models: Montessori, High Scope, and Core Knowledge. This unique approach facilitates early learning and brain development, and well as the opportunity for children to explore their imagination and make. Every day, Childventures children are lucky to experience new sights, sounds, and ways to further express themselves.
Facilities
The facilities at Childventures were built with your children in mind, every step of the way. We do everything we can to make your children feel safe and comfortable, and make our facilities feel like a home away from home. Our centres offer features that empower children to make learning an adventure, while catering to different learning styles. We encourage children to express themselves creatively, explore new ways to learn and play, and motivate each child to take the lead in their own learning with the use of all the facilities at the early learning academy.
Our classrooms offer lots of windows with natural light and extra space to create a bright, creative, and stimulating environment. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds encourage children to interact with the world around them, while introducing physical activities to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Perhaps the most unique part of our facilities, our specialty rooms, are also the spaces where children are most encouraged to immerse themselves in creative interests and express their imagination to the fullest extent. Nutrition
We believe that healthy bodies equal healthy minds; so much so that we named our nutrition program after the idea! This supports a healthy and active lifestyle, learning, and the overall health of your children. Each day, your child receives fresh, balanced, and nutritious meals prepared by a qualified chef, with a menu prepared under the supervision of our nutritionist. Through a child-friendly multi-cultural menu, children are encouraged even during mealtime to use their imagination, learn and explore.
