Childventures Vaughan has served the maple community since 2010 and is located in the Rutherford Marketplace Plaza, at the northwest corner of Bathurst and Rutherford just minutes from the 407. It is situated in the ideal location for a busy family as there are many amenities in the surrounding plaza.
Situated on the second floor, our children enjoy a bright, spacious learning environment including a gym, rooftop playground and additional spaces dedicated for creative expression. CV’s academic-based curriculum resonates with York region families looking for a different kind of Vaughan daycare.
COVID-19 was certainly a difficult time for all, but it took a unique toll on children as much of their short lives were spent during the pandemic leading to fewer opportunities to develop their socialization skills. Socialization is an essential aspect of a child’s growth as it develops language skills, confidence and empathy all while building self-esteem and resilience. At Childventures, our goal is to get children back on track in terms of dealing with separation anxiety while giving them opportunities to build their socialization skills in a safe and loving environment fostered by qualified educators. While providing an evidence-based curriculum is at the core of our program offering, social and emotional development is equally as important to develop the whole child.
All CV campuses were thoughtfully designed with little learners in mind, and include unique attributes that cannot be found ay any other childcare centre.

“My daughter began in the infant program at the Vaughan location and has since then flourished till her current program- Preschool. She has been exposed to many learning experiences and family and friends are often surprised at how much knowledge she has and seems to be above her peers. The teachers are very friendly, the management team very accommodating and involved, the centre is warm and inviting and the environment is bright, spacious and clean.”
