Our Richmond Hill campus opened in 2009 and has become a staple for the Elgin Mills and Head Waters communities. Located at the corner of Leslie Street and Elgin Mills, close to Hwy 404 and the Richmond Green Sports Centre and Park, the Richmond Hill campus remains a popular choice for families.
Situated on the second floor, our children enjoy a bright, spacious learning environment including a gym, rooftop playground and additional spaces dedicated for creative expression. CV’s academic-based curriculum resonates with York region families looking for a different kind of Richmond Hill daycare.
COVID-19 was certainly a difficult time for all, but it took a unique toll on children as much of their short lives were spent during the pandemic. Children missed out on normal developmental opportunities such as socialization. Socialization is an essential aspect of a child’s growth as it develops language skills, confidence and empathy all while building self-esteem and resilience. At Childventures Richmond Hill, our goal is to get children back on track in terms of dealing with separation anxiety and giving them opportunities to build their socialization skills in a safe and loving environment fostered by qualified educators. While providing an evidence-based curriculum is of utmost importance to us, social and emotional development is equally as important to develop the whole child.
All CV campuses were thoughtfully designed with little learners in mind, and include unique attributes that cannot be found ay any other childcare centre.

“My daughter started in the infant program at the Richmond Hill location and is now in the Preschool program. Our experience has been a very positive one. We have seen an improvement in her development in the past few months. She has an extensive vocabulary and loves interacting with her friends and family. The staff at CV is simply amazing!!!”
