Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for being named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
I was told that my level of success would be evaluated based on my vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, community engagement and financial performance.
There are times when I stop and take a moment to think about how far Childventures has come and how it has been recognized by a prestigious and globally renowned award in such a short time frame. It is without a doubt that my level of success and the success Childventures is a result of the commitment and dedication of my team!
Like every parent, I only wanted the best for my children. I wanted to provide them with opportunities to learn and grow and allow them to reach their fullest potential. I knew none of that could happen without the help of exceptional early childhood educators and a dedicated team working their magic.
It has been a true privilege and honour to be able to partner with such amazing individuals, who give it their all every single day to ensure our children grow happy and healthy.
I want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you who play a role in Childventures, because without you, none of this would have ever been possible.
