Ingredients
2 lbs beef strips (sirloin or better)
½ cup soya sauce
3 tbsp orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 medium Spanish onion thinly sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh ginger
¼ tsp ground pepper
Directions
Place the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them thoroughly. Allow them to marinate for 4 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking pan. Add the beef mixture to the pan and place in the oven for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally for even cooking. Remove from oven and serve with rice or noodles and steamed broccoli
