I cannot say enough great things about Childventures. I only wish they went past SK, but I suppose that's what makes them so good at what they do! Childventures has surpassed our expectations. It's the first place I have sent my daughter where I actually felt she was safe and didn't have to call the school ten times a day! The school is fully invested in nurturing bright, motivated, empathetic young people. The staff and teachers are passionate educators who find the strengths in each child through their diverse learning programs. The community is supportive and caring. At Childventures, there is an emphasis on the overall child, not just academics. I feel that they have set an amazing foundation that we will continue to build.
My son was in another daycare before we began at Childventures and I can't even begin to describe the difference I saw in him right away. It was no longer a fight to get him to go, he was happy and excited to be there. Also, we were a little concerned by the fact that he was still only speaking in one or two word sentences and within a month his vocabulary bloomed. It is so nice to feel completely comfortable leaving him with their warm and caring staff and knowing he is well taken care of and happy.
Both of my kids went to CV, primarily for the JK/SK Montessori programs. They both loved going there and thrived academically. I found the staff very caring and professional, they strike the right balance between being hands-on caregivers and knowledgeable educators. I love how they paid attention to each kid and noticed how they are all uniquely developing and were patiently nudging them in the right direction. The centre's culture values communication and feedback, with an inclusive and diverse curriculum. Thanks again CV teachers - you all have made a tremendous impact on our kids' early years and have been a great help for us parents!
