How does CWELCC work?

On March 28th 2022, the Provincial and Federal governments announced an agreement to fund licensed childcare with a goal of reducing fees to an average of $10 a day daycare, per child by 2025 under the Canada Wide Early Learning and Childcare program (CWELCC). The key objectives of this program are to lower childcare fees for eligible children, improve educator wages and increase access to quality childcare programs.

The CWELCC program provides federal funding for childcare operators to discount their current fees.
Under the CWELCC program, our tuition has been reduced by 50% effective January 2023 for children under 6 years of age in all of our programs including JK/SK. If you are interested in care, we suggest you secure a spot as soon as possible. With the CWELCC discounts in place, we anticipate demand will outpace our ability to place all interested families.

Once government funding is in place, our 2022 tuition fees will be reduced by 25% for the remainder of 2022 with an additional 25% off in January 2023. If you are interested in care, we suggest you secure a spot as soon as possible. With the CWELCC discounts in place, we anticipate demand will outpace our ability to place all interested families.

The CV Program

The CV program extends from infant care through to kindergarten programs with the goal of instilling a lifelong love of learning in all children during the critical cognitive development period from 0-5 years. We deliver an accredited evidence-based curriculum that you will not experience at any other childcare.

Our children are exposed to different curriculum models including Montessori, High Scope and Core Knowledge, not to mention secondary programs like Baby Signs, Jolly Phonics, The Virtues Program and more. At CV, we have developed a holistic program to engage the minds, hands and hearts of each child.

Our Locations

CV currently serves the Greater Toronto Area with 8 locations across the region. Each of our early learning academies were built with family convenience in mind with quick highway or main road access for busy parents. But we are more than just a convenient location. From our evidence-based curriculum to our adaptable nutrition program, it all builds to a one-of-a-king experience for your little one.
