Wellness Wednesday! Oven Roasted Tilapia Fillet Recipe

Ingredients

4 fresh tilapia fillets

1 cup all purpose flour

½ cup cornmeal

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dill weed

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp canola oil

 

Directions

Combine the flour, cornmeal and seasonings together in a large bowl. Place the Tilapia one at a time in the flour to coat the fillets on both side. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the pan with the oil and place the fillets on top. Turn each fillet over to get both sides moistened by the oil. Place in the oven and roast the Tilapia until it flakes apart (12 to 15 minutes). Remove from the oven and serve immediately
